39th Annual Pediatric Symposium: Keeping Children Shipshape

The registration fee includes the conference and syllabus as well as break refreshments and breakfast. This fee, accompanied by the registration form, is to be returned no later than May 1st to ensure your place at the conference. 

AAP credits for attendees are recorded only when an attendee submits a copy of his/her certificate of attendance, with AAP-ID number to the American Academy of Pediatrics, Education-Award office. If the AAP ID number is not included, credit will not be recorded.

A refund minus a $50 administrative fee will be given if notification is received on or before May 1, 2008. 3:30 pm CDT. Sorry, no refunds after May 1, 2008.
